Jules A. Müsing
Mr. Jules A. Müsing is a retired Senior Executive with more than 36 years experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry on a global basis. Mr. Müsing has been President of a U.S.-based Johnson & Johnson Company (Pitman-Moore, Inc.); Managing Director of Janssen Pharmaceutical (a J&J Company) in Portugal; Managing Director of Ortho Biotech (a J&J Biotechnology Company) in France; President of Ares Serono, Inc. in the U.S., and Executive Vice President with responsibility for Ares Serono Companies in North and Latin America. Mr. Müsing has been on the Board of Johnson & Johnson Companies in Germany, France, Italy and the UK, and has been a Member of the Management Board of Ortho Biotech, Inc. (a J&J Biotechnology Company) in the US. Early on in his career at Johnson & Johnson, Mr. Müsing was responsible for the Business Development activities of Janssen Pharmaceutical (a J&J Company) in South East Asia, and was Vice President Marketing International for the Janssen Pharmaceutical Group of Companies Worldwide, with responsibility for the launch and marketing of several multi-hundred million dollar pharmaceutical products in various therapeutic areas on a worldwide basis. Prior to his retirement from Johnson & Johnson in 2010, Mr. Müsing was responsible for the Licensing and Acquisition of Human Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology products for the Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Group Worldwide. Jules Müsing is founder and CEO of Ambiorix Capital, LLC. He is on the Board of several companies and is Chairman of the Scientific Board of Advisors for Noble Financial Capital Markets, a full-service Investment Banking Company.
Dale Bergman
Mr. Bergman’s practice focuses on corporate, securities, business transactions and real estate matters. His wide array of business transactions have included commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, development and manufacturing agreements, strategic alliances, operating and shareholder’s agreements, and venture capital and private investments. He has negotiated technology licenses, bank, institutional and bond financings, aircraft purchases, leases and financings, and secured transactions. Mr. Bergman has represented a number of publicly and privately held companies engaged in the pharmaceutical and medical device fields including Andrx Corporation,Fuse Science, Inc., Non-Invasive Monitoring Systems, Inc. and Scion Cardio-Vascular, Inc. Dale received his A.B. from Columbia University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
