Two news items caught our eye this week.  Max Planck will be holding its official ribbon cutting on December   (http://floridabiotechnews.com/biotech/max-planck-grand-opening-set-for-december-5/11362/?goback=%2Egde_1035187_member_190266683 )  and the Mann Foundation is moving ahead on its planned laboratory at Tradition in Port St Lucie (http://www.tcpalm.com/news/2012/nov/20/editorial-for-a-change-some-positive-economic-st/?goback=%2Egde_1035187_member_188031629  )

The research foundation for Life Sciences in South Florida is firmly in place.  Now, we need to generate the spin-off’s….
