The Research Coast Principium Foundation, a private sector, not for profit, entity is now accepting applications for the first ever Research Coast Business Plan Competition.  The event intends to bring together the best emerging companies of the Research Coast to present their business ideas, growth plans and capital needs.  “We recently launched our new website where companies may learn more about the competition and apply online,” stated Kevin Barry, an event organizer with the law firm Rossway, Moore Swan. The new website is“Finalists will present their concepts to the community in a public event on March 21, 2013 at Indian River State College in Vero Beach and will feature a “Shark Tank” analysis of plans and ideas from a panel of experts.  The winner will receive a cash prize, the title of Inaugural Champion as well as a package of free legal, accounting and mentoring advice,” explained Barry. The deadline to apply is January 7, 2013.
